Je vous remercie pour votre réponse à mon commentaire précédent et salue la rapidité de traitement des commentaires. Afin de rassurer vos utilisatrice, pouvez-vous répondre aux questions ci-dessous:

Avez-vous une certification CE?
Avez-vous une certification FDA?
Est-ce que votre silicone de grade médical est bien un USP Classe VI?

Je dois dire que votre réponse laisse place à un doute et c'est que je souhaite éclaircir afin de pouvoir commander vos produits plus sereinement.

Je suis une nouvelle utilisatrice du disque et je dois dire que ça n'a pas été facile dès la première utilisation mais comme pour tout, il y a un coup de main à prendre. Et honnêtement au bout de deux jours j'ai été bluffé. J'ai acheté un pack et je constate que c'est la taille S qui sera la mienne malgré le fait que j'ai déjà un enfant. De ce fait, je trouve dommage de ne pas faire des lots avec les mêmes tailles. En effet, lors de la première utilisation prendre deux tailles est justifié mais par la suite c'est du gaspillage. Il y a également un point qui m'inquiète un peu c'est la traçabilité du silicone utilisé. Il n'y a rien de précis sur le site et en demandant à Chat GPT je dois dire que ça m'a confirmé le manque de transparence de la marque et le manque de recul. Peut-être qu'à l'avenir je partirai sur une marque avec plus de recommandation à ce niveau là. Ou peut être que cette dernière tiendra compte du fait qu'aujourd'hui être très clair sur les matériaux utilisé pour ce type de produit est un must..
Par contre je salue le design de ces disques qui sont clairement plus fun que ce qu'on trouve habituellement sur le marché.. Mais dans ce cas précis, le design passe tout de même en deuxième plan si on veut une solution à long terme.

Good product but can improve

I received the product no problem and as a previous cup user the adjustment was very quick. I have to say the most annoying part is that you can't choose the sizes and colours for the combo packs so now I'm stuck with a disc that is not useful at all because it's too large.

Other than that, fair price, good product and easy to use!

Discs fine, but the manual..

Everything is nice,clean and good, i LIKE it. The manual should be in the package not online. I ordered e-book manual and never get it in my emails. (Actually i try to get it in two my email adresses..) There's so much information on other brand discs, but not this one.. Now i just do what people say these things in web. So please make the manual easier to reach for customers.

First time I use a disk and I love it so far ❤️

I cannot feel it at all. I've used a cup before but I couldn't stand it. I've also used menstrual underwear, they are comfortable as well but they don't keep the smell and that makes me feel embarrassed. 😳 This disk is super easy to use it and for now I feel lucky I found it! 🍀
