First time I use a disk and I love it so far ❤️

I cannot feel it at all. I've used a cup before but I couldn't stand it. I've also used menstrual underwear, they are comfortable as well but they don't keep the smell and that makes me feel embarrassed. 😳 This disk is super easy to use it and for now I feel lucky I found it! 🍀

Really soft discs

Soft discs I like them. The smallest one is leaking and it's probably not suitable for me, but the larger one is excellent. :) I bought my first disc on another brand a year ago. I was so satisfied with the carefree period because of the disc. The first one has too firm ridge for me, which is actually a better option for beginners, but it causes me a little discomfort. But everyone is different so it's good to have options.

Hi there,

Thanks for sharing your experience with our Bodyotics Comfydisc Reusable Menstrual Discs! We're happy to hear that you find them soft and comfortable to use. We apologize for any leakage you experienced with the smaller disc and we recommend trying the larger one for better results. We understand that everyone's needs are different, so having multiple options is important to us. Thank you for choosing our brand and we hope you continue to have a carefree period with our discs. Take care!

2 month experience

I have them for 2 months now and everything has been great! It was my first experience with menstrual discs. I started with the small one but soon realized that the bigger one was better for me. It was a bit scary at first since it sits a lot higher on the vaginal canal than my previous cup but the hoop made it really easy to remove. It does provide mess free sex during your period. My partner does feel it sometimes during sex but it doesn't feel uncomfortable and we enjoy it alot more knowing there won't be a bloody mess after we're done! I realized that after sex the disc twists a bit and the hoop is harder to reach so it's a bit complicated to remove, takes a little patience. I have spotting and have been using it for alot longer than the usual 1 week period it has worked wonders! I only had one leakage experience and I realized that I probably didn't insert it correctly because i took it out and insert it again focusing on aiming down under the cervix and had no leakage after.

Hi Catarina! Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We're so glad to hear that the Bodyotics Reusable Menstrual Disc has been working well for you during the past 2 months. We're also glad to hear that the hoop has made it easy to remove and that it has provided mess-free sex during your period. Thank you for sharing your tips on inserting the disc correctly, we're sure other customers will find it helpful. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. Thanks a bunch!!!

i want to like the disk

i recently purchased the disks, theres pros and cons but a frustrating thing is the leakage. i do no have a super heavy flow. i am inserting at an angle and tucking behind my pelvis yet theres still leakage. is it because theres no suction? help!

Hello Myalisa,

Sorry to hear about the leakage! Even when inserted correctly, a few small adjustments might help:

- Make sure the disc is fully tucked behind the pubic bone. If it isn’t securely positioned, it may shift and cause leaks. After inserting, try using a finger to gently push the front of the disc higher behind the bone to help it stay in place.
- Check that the disc has fully opened after inserting. If part of the rim stays folded, it might not sit correctly in the vaginal fornix. Running a finger around the edge can help confirm it has fully expanded.
- Try positioning it slightly lower if your cervix sits inside the disc. If your cervix is inside the disc rather than above it, the capacity may be reduced, leading to leaks. Inserting the disc slightly lower may help the cervix sit above it instead.
- Check if the disc is shifting throughout the day. Some movement can happen due to natural muscle engagement, especially with certain activities. If leaks happen at specific times, try adjusting the positioning slightly to see if it stays more secure.
- Try a different size or firmness. If the disc feels too loose or moves out of place easily, a firmer or slightly larger disc may stay in position better. If it feels too big or uncomfortable, a smaller option might work better.
- Watch for accidental auto-dumping. Menstrual discs can naturally tilt and release some fluid when bearing down, especially while using the bathroom. If leaks happen mainly after urinating or having a bowel movement, this might be the cause. You can try doing a quick check and repositioning the disc if needed afterward.

I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any other questions—I’m happy to assist. 😊

All the best,
Helen

It's great. Buy it. Really.

So much better than a tampon - I always feel them inside, but I don't feel the disc at all! Easy to get out and easy to know that you put it in correctly. No leaking. Very useful pocket to keep the disc on the go. Genuinely just a great thing to have.

Thank you for your positive review! We're so glad to hear that the Bodyotics Reusable Menstrual Disc is working well for you. It's great to know that you find it more comfortable than a tampon and that it has been leak-free for you. The pocket feature is definitely a convenient addition for on-the-go use. 😊 Thanks for choosing our product! 🙌
