Ich habe schon länger mit dem Gedanken gespielt, mir Beckenbodentrainer zu kaufen. Meine Blase scheint mit Lachen, Joggen etc. nämlich nicht so glücklich zu sein... ;) Gestern habe ich mich für die bodyotics Kegel entschieden und sie sind mit prime schon heute angekommen. Ich habe die Kegel natürlich direkt ausprobiert. Zu den Ergebnissen kann ich jetzt natürlich noch nichts sagen, aber der erste Eindruck ist schonmal super. Die Kegel haben mich direkt begeistert - sie fühlen sich richtig hochwertig an und sind sehr angenehm zu tragen. Auch das Entfernen ist leicht. Zusätzlich erhält man eine Aufbewahrungsbox und einen Reisebeutel. Das eBook, das man sich runterladen kann, ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet. Man bekommt das Gefühl von SelfCare vermittelt statt von einem langweiligen Medizin Produkt. :D Man bekommt alleine vom Design richtig Lust, damit zu trainieren. Alles in allem bin ich sehr zufrieden mit der Bestellung und kann die Kegel besten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

So far so good. Color coordination from light to dark pink color is how heavy each one is. The darker it is ….the heavier.I’m prone to yeast infections /BV … and I don’t want to chance it. After the third use of washing and cleaning it before and after use …I now started putting a condom over it for every use. I had a bunch of free condoms from a doctors visit so now they come in handy. I don’t have to worry about bacteria sneaking in. With the condom over it… it’s Easy clean up and stored easily.Love it!

This tool can prevent many health issues for women. I don’t know why doctors don’t recommend it while we are young to prevent common health issues. Instead we suffer in silence until we are old and accidentally find a brave gynecologist who makes a recommendation after years of issues. This is simple to use. It is not an overnight cure but a path for good health. Just a few minutes a day- I will be telling my daughters about this and maybe they can prevent repeating the medical history of their mother, aunties and grandmothers. I am hopeful.
