- Water-based lubricant, 118 ml (4 fl oz) — no parabens, no glycerin, no added fragrance. Water-based, so it is safe with silicone.
- Two reusable menstrual discs in orange, sizes S and L, each with a pull-off ring. Body-safe silicone, up to 60 ml each.

which disc size to start with
The small one. Size is about where your cervix sits rather than how heavy your flow is: the right disc tucks behind the pubic bone and stays there. If it shifts or leaks, move to the large. A disc can stay in for up to 12 hours.
the lubricant, and why water-based
Silicone lubricant breaks down the surface of silicone over time. Water-based will not, which is why it is the one that belongs next to a silicone disc, dilator or weight. Use more than you think; too little is the usual reason insertion is uncomfortable.
care
Rinse the discs with cold water first, then wash with warm water and a gentle cleanser. Between cycles, boil for three to five minutes or use a sterilizer case. Store dry in the pouch.
