what's in the box
Two reusable menstrual discs, sizes S and L, each with a pull-off ring, and one ComfyCase sterilizer and storage container. The discs are body-safe silicone and hold up to 60 ml each.

why the case
A disc needs sterilising between cycles. The case does it in a microwave — fill it halfway with water, leave the lid slightly open, about three minutes on medium — and then stores the disc dry afterwards. Without one you are using a saucepan and then looking for somewhere to keep a wet disc. It fits any cup or disc, not only ours.

which disc size to start with
Start with the small one. Size here is about fit rather than capacity: the right disc is the one that tucks behind the pubic bone and stays there. If it shifts or leaks, move to the large. Most people settle on one and keep the other as a spare, which is why both are in the box.

care
Rinse the disc with cold water first, then wash with warm water and a gentle cleanser. Sterilise in the case between cycles, let everything cool, and store dry.
