  • ComfyDisc — two reusable menstrual discs, sizes S and L, with pull-off rings. Up to 12 hours, and a disc can stay in during sex.
  • ComfyCup — one small menstrual cup, the more familiar shape if you are coming from tampons.
  • ComfyCase — the sterilizer and storage case. About three minutes in a microwave with water in the base.

care
Rinse the disc or cup with cold water first, then wash with warm water and a gentle cleanser, and sterilise in the case between cycles. Only the pad's insert goes in the microwave, never its cover — the pad's own page carries the full safety instructions, and they are worth reading.
