what's in the box

• ComfyCuddle pad, 46 × 18 cm — flax seed and lavender inside a removable, machine-washable Dutch velvet cover. Warm it in the microwave or chill it in the freezer.
• Vulva Balm, 59 ml — a fragrance-free balm with five ingredients, for moisturising external intimate skin.

using the pad safely
Only the insert goes in the microwave, never the cover. One to three minutes with a cup of water standing next to it, turning it every 30 seconds. Let it come down to a comfortable temperature before it touches skin, do not overheat it, and never sleep with it. The pad's own page carries the full instructions and they are worth reading once.

the balm
A small amount, on external skin only, as often as it helps. Nothing in it is fragranced.
