Silicone Intimate Wands - Bodyotics 5pcs Set
Spring offer 🌸
FREE lubricant with every order in the USA!
Five sizes, Ø 1.5 cm to Ø 3.5 cm. You start at the smallest and move up only when the one you are using feels easy.
the five sizes
The set runs from Ø 1.5 cm to Ø 3.5 cm across five steps. Those figures are diameter — the width across, not the measurement around. Dilator sets are often listed by circumference instead, which makes the same object sound about three times bigger, so check which number you are comparing before you decide anything is too large.
where to start, and when to move up
Start with the smallest, whatever you expect to manage. Move up only when the size you are using goes in and stays comfortable without effort. There is no schedule to keep to — some people move up within days, others over months, and neither is doing it wrong.
how a session actually goes
Wash your hands and the dilator. Warm it in water first if you like; the silicone holds temperature well, and body-warm is more comfortable than room-cold. Use a water-based lubricant, and use more than you think you need — too little is the most common reason a session goes badly. Lie down somewhere you will not be interrupted, insert gently, and stay there for five to ten minutes. Three to five times a week is plenty, with rest days whenever you want them.
discomfort is not progress
If it hurts, stop. Pushing through does not speed anything up and usually sets you back a step. A good session is short and fairly unremarkable. If pain is the reason you are looking at this set, use it alongside a pelvic health physiotherapist rather than instead of one.
what's in the box
Five silicone dilators, a drawstring storage pouch and printed instructions. A digital how-to guide arrives by email. The silicone is body-safe, BPA- and phthalate-free, smooth with no seams or edges, and fully waterproof.
care
Wash with warm water and a mild soap before and after each use. To sterilise, boil for five minutes. Dry fully and store in the pouch.
Note: For personal wellness use. This is not a treatment for any condition. If you have specific concerns, speak to a qualified healthcare provider or a pelvic health physiotherapist.
