So, Step 1 - no problem. I agree, if the suction cup is not attached there will be a tendency for the device to try to push its way out. However, if the device is suctioned and you practice Kegel exercises while it is inserted, it works okay. Just having the device inserted won't give you the desired effect. You must also do the exercises.

So sizes - steps 1-4 no problem - don't expect this to be a quick answer. It takes time to build up to the next size. I must admit, step 5 was a bit too much for me. But I do recommend this exerciser. If nothing else, it helps to remind you of how important your Kegel exercises are and it strengthens your internal walls. 5 Stars! hope you find this review and pictures helpful. Once you strengthen the walls you can decrease the times/days you use the exerciser. Very easy to clean too! Love the packaging and it even comes with a silk bag for storage. Really helps build up your walls!

Wow! This set of pelvic exercisers is awesome! Sets like this can be used for different purposes. They're great for strengthening the pelvic floor after childbirth or as your muscles become more relaxed from aging, but they can also be used for the opposite purpose. The gradual increase in size can be good for someone who's never tried using tampons or for someone to help prepare for vaginal penetration.

The silicone material has a buttery smooth finish that helps prevent the typical drag some silicone can present. This material has give and flex which makes it more comfortable to use compared to solid materials like plastic. Silicone is non-porous and works very well with water-based lubricants. It's one of the best materials to use with your body because it can be completely sterilized between uses.

This set comes in a really vibrant and positive looking box. The back shows the dimensions of each exerciser, so it's not discreet in any way. Inside the box, you'll find the exercisers inside a satin drawstring bag and an instruction booklet.

The exercisers are a basic shape with a rounded tip and a wide flat base. The bases make it easy to set the product down in an upright position when you're getting ready to use them and give you something to hold onto when inserting or removing. These aren't meant to be used for sexual pleasure which should be obvious in the nondescript look.

I'm extremely impressed by the overall quality and thought put into this set. The attention to detail with the colors and numbers and the thoughtful directions are all really wonderful. Needing something like this can come with a level of shame, but this company makes it seem more fun because of the overall design.

Products like this require time to see results, but I'm very confident this will be an excellent set to help strengthen my pelvic floor. I appreciate the wonderful range of sizes and the care put into this set. I think the price is very reasonable for the quality you receive. It's important to use only good quality products and materials inside your body, and this kit is absolutely the one to get!

Fantastic dilators! Purchased to treat my vaginismus, they are made of really soft silicone and work great with water-based lube. Also they were shipped and delivered really quickly. Highly recommend!

Whoever created this size guide doesn't know the difference between circumference and diameter.

If the size guide were correct, the largest dilator would have a diameter of only 1.17 cm - about the width of an index finger. Clearly, that's not the case; the actual diameter would be approximately 3.14 times larger.

For years i considered sex to simply not be for me (I am ace and transmasc so it was something that didn't cause me insane emotional strain but i still felt odd about it). Even just one finger or a tampon would be too painful for me, so i ruled out penetration completely. Learning these things exist peaked my curiosity though.
When i bought these i thought the first one was way too big (it was at first, definitely! But was able to train myself with one finger first)... But only two weeks later i am already on size 2 which probably doesn't sound impressive to anyone but me (haha)! I know no one with the same issue as me but hopefully someone online can find peace and comfort in this review <3

Acquistati per la compagna, su consiglio della fisioterapista, per una riabilitazione del pavimento pelvico. Sono in gomma dura e molto piacevole al tatto, funzionali perché hanno aiutato a rilassare e ad abituare la zona interessata. Si consiglia di utilizzarli con un gel lubrificanti.

Sono una ginecologa e li ho presi per una mia paziente in postmenopausa con atrofia e ipertono, in combinazione ad altri trattamenti. Il pacco è arrivato in una settimana circa in ottime condizioni. I dilatatori sono contenuti in un bel sacchetto di raso all'interno della loro scatola e sono veramenti ben fatti, di un bel silicone liscio e morbido, con bei colori. Anche le dimensioni mi sono sembrate adeguate. Sono dotati di istruzioni in tutte le lingue. Naturalmente non so dire ancora su confort ed efficacia perchè non sono stati ancora provati.

Lookin at number 5 i thought no way will that fit. I started at no3. Took a week each for no 3 & 4
to feel comfirtable. No 5 took a bit longer. Nice silicon feel. You can warm them up too which is nice. Thoroughly recommend!
