whether this is the right set for you
These are the second and fourth weights from our six-weight set. If you want to try the idea before committing to the full progression, this is the cheaper way in. If you already know you want the whole ladder, the six-weight set runs 50 g to 130 g and works out cheaper per weight.

start with 65 g
Not 95 g. The heavier one is not a test, and going straight to it tells you very little. Ten to fifteen minutes a day is plenty, and longer is not better.

the first few days are the awkward ones
It can slip straight back out, which usually means you are upright and tense rather than that anything is wrong — lying down for the first ten or fifteen minutes is the usual fix. It can also feel like nothing is happening at all. Both are normal in the first week, and both change.

care
Wash with warm water and a gentle cleanser before and after use. For a deeper clean, boil for three to five minutes. Store dry, in the pouch.
