how it works
The disc folds inside the applicator and releases with a smooth, guided motion, tucking in behind the pubic bone. One size fits every Bodyotics menstrual disc with a ring and string.
how to use it
- Wash your hands and the applicator before use.
- Fold the menstrual disc and place it into the applicator.
- Insert the applicator in a relaxed position and release the disc so it tucks behind the pubic bone.
- Remove the applicator and check the disc sits comfortably in place.
- Clean with mild soap and warm water after each use, and sterilise at the end of each cycle.

Body-safe silicone — BPA-free, latex-free and phthalate-free. Reusable and easy to clean.

Wash hands and applicator before and after each use. We recommend a water-based lubricant. Stop using it if discomfort or irritation occurs. Keep out of reach of children. Not intended as a contraceptive.
